Standard Product Line

DIGITAL SERVO DRIVES
ACS100 ACS100 Digital AC Brushless Servo Drive
Intelligent Low-Voltage Digital Motor Drive
The ACS100 was driven by design to be one of the most space efficient low voltage digital brushless servo-amplifiers available.
ACS200 ACS200 Digital Brushless Drive
Digital Low-Voltage Servo Amplifier
Utilizing a DSP-based design architecture, the new servo ACS200 provides software selectable Torque, Velocity, or Position Mode operation. Sine wave commutation provides smooth torque at low speeds for demanding motion control requirements found in robotic, direct drive, and linear motor applications.
ACS300 Digital Brushless Drive
Digital Low-Voltage "2X Power" Servo Amplifier
Driven by design to be one of the most space-efficient, low voltage digital brushless servo-amplifiers available, the ACS300 measures just 5.25" (133mm) by 3.4" (86mm) by 1.0" (25mm) overall, and weighing in at less than 8 oz. (222g) without a heatsink. This compact amplifier can output up to 1.8 kilowatts of peak power, over twice the power of our previous LV servo drive models.
ACE1000 ACE500 Digital Brushless Drive
Digital High-Voltage Servo Amplifier
The ACE500 is the newest addition to Automotion's AC "Smart" series of all digital servo-amplifiers designed to provide today's OEM with maximum brushless servo performance at the lowest possible cost.
ACE1000 ACE1200 Digital Brushless Drive
Digital High-Voltage Servo Amplifier
The ACE1200 is part of Automotion's AC "Smart" series of all digital servo-amplifiers designed to provide today's OEM with maximum brushless servo performance at the lowest possible cost.
ACE1000 ACE1300 Digital Brushless Drive
Digital High-Voltage Servo Amplifier
The ACE1300 is part of Automotion's AC "Smart" series of all digital servo-amplifiers designed to provide today's OEM with maximum brushless servo performance at the lowest possible cost.
LEGACY DRIVES
IDS1000 IDS1000 Series Brushless Drives
Intelligent Digital Servo
Automotion's IDS (Intelligent Digital Servo) series of "Smart" current mode servo amplifiers incorporate the latest advancements in drive resident microprocessor technology. Coupling the benefits of digital intelligence to the reliability and safety of a UL, CSA, and IEC (min 3000 VAC Hi Pot) compliant power stage, our IDS drives are the Smart choice for OEM embedded single and multi-axis motion and machine control.
DPS Power Block DPS Power Block Series Brushless Drives
Digital Power Stage
Automotion's Digital Power Stage (DPS) series for OEM embedded servo motion control applications offers the same core power-amplifier technology incorporated into the highly successful IPS and IDS brushless DC product lines as a stand-alone component. Incorporating over 15 years of power electronics design and manufacturing experience, Automotion's Digital Power Stage product series offers the OEM motion engineer a tested and field proven servo-amplifier power platform for directly embedding his proprietary control functionality.
ISS Series ISS Series Brushless Drives
Intelligent Sensorless Servo
The ISS series, a new family of high performance sensorless, brushless DC servo controllers, is designed for sensorless closed-loop velocity control of a three phase brushless DC motor. Using the latest advancements in DSP processing capability this intelligent controller requires no feedback devices in the motor. Only a single power cord connection is required between motor and controller. Using an especially developed proprietary sensorless flux vector algorithm the controller can regulate motor speed to within +/- 0.1% (i.e. +/-5 RPM out of 5000 RPM) with varying loads.
IPS1000 IPS1000 Series Servo Amplifiers
Intelligent Positioning Servo
Automotion's family of high performance brushless servo positioning drives offer Torque, Velocity, and Positioning capabilities - an all-in-one compact OEM package. The new IPS intelligent positioning servo series is designed for a variety of OEM servo motion control applications. Electronic Gearing, Cam Following, Step Motor Emulation, Analog Input Velocity, Torque Control, and Stored Motion Sequencing are just a few of the user applications the new IPS system can handle. All servo and application parameters are set digitally to guarantee repeatable results without the typical long term drift problems associated with analog systems.
ALC-CM ALC-CM "R" Series Servo Amplifiers
ALC-CM "E" Series Servo Amplifiers
Current Mode Servo-Amplifiers
The ALC-CM "R" torque mode servo-amplifier series provides improved safety, better noise immunity and lower EMI than any previous generation of Automotion servo-amplifiers.
ALC253X ALC253X Series Servo Amplifiers
Velocity Drive
The ALC Voltage Mode amplifier is a stand alone, OEM drive platform, using a space efficient design to combine economy with flexibility and performance.  Operating voltage ranges have been widened to allow operation worldwide.  Basic drive design and component features have been selected to allow easy agency recognition, both domestic and European. I/O is all digital and completely isolated.  A heavy duty regen circuit, using an external shunt resistor, handles large inertia loads in either dynamic or 4 quadrant braking.
Servo Motors LC4/5 Plus Velocity Drives
The LC4/5 PLUS Series, our popular line of PWM voltage mode drives run directly from either 115 VAC, single phase (LC4) or 208/230 VAC, single phase (LC5).

SPECIALTY DRIVES

PFC3000 PFC3000 Drive
Power Factor Correction Module
Today's AC line operated servo-amplifiers employ full wave rectification with capacitor input filtering for motor rail power. They draw current in short, high amplitude bursts near the peak of the line voltage sinusoid.  This can result in cost penalties, especially at higher power.  Excessive peak current flow may be imposed on the AC line service leading to limits on the power available and requiring costly increases in the AC service capability (assuming this is even practical).
SERVO MOTORS
Servo Motors Mavilor Brushless Servo Motors
AC Servo Motors
The BL Series are synchronous electrical servomotors, with 3 winding phases, supplied with Sinusoidal or Trapezoidal current wave forms. The Feed-Back devices that produce the synchronization signal and speed (position, also in the Sinusoidal case), are a Resolver (BLS Series) or a Hall Effect devices (BLT Series).
