 New AutomotionPLUS™ 3.0 Digital Drive Software

Automotion, Inc. is pleased to announce the availability of our new AutoMotionPLUS Rev. 3.0 digital servo drive utility software. The new Rel. 3.0 AutoMotionPLUS digital servo drive program is a Windows® compatible set-up and tuning utility program developed specifically to support Automotion's growing family of all-digital brushless servo drives.
New features in this latest update include:
- Expanded Motor Set-up Wizard for use in proper motor phasing and set-up of encoder feedback.
- New master Current, Velocity, and Position Tuning icons that combine a full featured function generator, graphing, and slide bar tuning parameter selection, all in one screen for faster, easier servo loop tuning.
- A new I/O Configuration feature, that lets you choose your analog of PWM input command, and automatically scale it to the desired output of your servo-amplifier, in amps, RPM's encoder counts, etc.
- Understandable, easy to use graphical set-up menus and tables, which can be displayed in User Units, such as RPM, RPS, Rad/sec, etc. let you see exactly how your servo system is responding in real time to your adjustments in external load and control loop parameters.
